1. Cancellations
Clients must cancel their Remote Online Notarization (RON) or mobile notary appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this time frame may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows
If a session is cancelled without prior notice or the signer fails to appear at the scheduled time, the $25.00 deposit will be forfeited to cover preparation and platform fees.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once without penalty by contacting us at least 1 hour prior to your original appointment time. We understand unexpected circumstances may arise, and we’re always happy to help you find a new time that works best for your schedule.
No-Show Handling: Late reschedules are treated as cancellations.
