Before becoming a full-time notary, I spent years working in client service, mortgage servicing, real estate, and other roles where accuracy, communication and trust mattered every single day. That experience shaped the way I work now.

I understand that when someone reaches out to a notary, there is usually something important happening behind the document. A closing. A power of attorney. An estate plan. A business matter. A deadline. Sometimes you just need someone who knows what they’re doing and can make the process feel simple.

That’s exactly how I approach every appointment. I specialize in Remote Online Notarization, helping clients securely notarize documents from anywhere in the United States or abroad. I also provide mobile notary services throughout Sanford and surrounding Central Florida communities for clients who prefer or require an in-person appointment.

I’ve worked with individuals, families signing estate plans, attorneys, title professionals, businesses and signers navigating all kinds of important transactions.

What matters most to me is that you never feel rushed, confused or unsure about what happens next. I’ll walk you through the process, explain what to expect, and make sure your notarization is handled professionally from beginning to end.

Before your appointment, I review your documents, flag issues early and arrange witnesses when your document requires them. I’ve run sessions on six major state-approved RON platforms, so multiple signers, split signings and signers outside the U.S. don’t slow us down.

Beyond notarizations, I help clients with apostilles for documents headed overseas, sworn translations, and electronic recording of deeds in participating Florida counties. For in-person appointments, I also serve Lake Mary and Longwood.
